PREGNANT?? Yes, you can still exercise!
Daily physical activity is always important, even during pregnancy. Research has shown that pregnant women without complications can and should do aerobic and strength-conditioning exercises. Physically active pregnant women do not increase risks for their baby. There are so many benefits:
- Exercise will strengthen the muscles you need for labour and delivery
- Excerise controls mood swings
- Exercise will reduce some of the discomforts of pregnancy (swelling, leg crmaps, shortness of breath, backache, varicose veins and constipation)
The list is long and that is why I'd like to give you the opportunity to join a class specifically designed for pregnant women to keep active during the pregnancy.
For more information, please contact Kerstin on 021 230 4612 or email kerstin@ko-training.co.nz. The cost is a measly $25pp and what a great investment into your own and your baby's health.
